I was reading about their DNS plugin for CPanel but today their website is not working

I use NDCHost, been with them for almost 6 years. Tech support has been great, the 3 or 4 times it has been needed - and more just questions then actual problems with the server.
They did have some kind of an issue today, I contacted them via Facebook and got a response within 5 min acknowledging problem. I was pleasantly surprised when about 30 min later I received a further message letting me know the issue had been fixed.

Most likely they were temporary down because now they are up:

There was an outage with Level 3 yesterday that took down a bunch of sites/hosts.
