Hello everyone, Just giving a heads up to all clients here, in case you may have missed the announcement email or it ended up in your spam box for whatever reason. All shared hosting and dedicated server clients on the CoreISP.net network located in the Market Post Tower facility in San Jose will be moved to our new facility in San Jose tomorrow. The move will start around 8:30AM PST and will take approximately 3 to 4 hours tops. We will take the IP space with us, so you will retain the same IP space. There is nothing you have to do to get your server back online, everything will be handled for you. This will NOT affect VPS clients at all and will not affect dedicated clients in any of the European facility's. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to open up a support ticket or send a PM. Thank you.

maintenance was 3 to 4 hours tops....I didn't receive any email to notify me off this downtime.....(it never went into my spam box) server is still down 15 hours later. i can't send a support ticket because both dedicatedbox.us and coreisp.net sites are down. your mobile phone now seems disconnected (was working fine yesterday).....and you're not on msn. it ain't looking to rosey and my clients are going apesh*t. any update or am I getting rammed??? Hi, My phone will be comming back up shortly. Indeed, some servers are still down. Most have been restored but we are encountering issues with some servers, including one of the servers that indeed hosts our client portal, we are working on it and are bringing up the client area shortly from another location. I will keep you posted.

If anyone is still having issues, please do make a support ticket so we can give your server a additional reboot All services and servers that had trouble during the move have been restored

Liroy.....I have sent emails to support and sales@dedicatedbox.us....I have tried calling your mobile which is switched off so left text messgaes. I have left messages on your msn and even tried adding you to skype. my server has been unplugged again because your billing system continues to show outstanding bills that i do not owe you money for....this happens at least 2 or three times a year and the box gets unplugged. now it is not so funny.... my account is always paid on time and has been paid on time within the 5 years+ i've been a customer of yours...i have the paypal receipts plus bank statements to show these bills have been paid to your company and that i don't owe anything. my phone has been ringing non stop since 9 am this morning and my clients are going crazy and the server's been down for at least 10 hours again. please get this nonsense sorted out once and for all. server IP 66.79.171.162

It's strange that you have the same server IP as "Outlaw_Web_Master" who posted above. Are you the same person?

David, I already replied to your emails... Please read them. WHT is not the support area. Your server has not been unplugged at all. I rebooted it, as I already told you in the email. If you are currently experiencing issues, that is possible: Our network is under a extremely large DDOS attack, we are working on fixing the issue. Thanks.

Hi Liroy. Servers back online again thanks. I just received your email. OWM FAO WGT Admin. Please can you remove the Outlaw_Web_Master & ScotsDavy accounts. Yes I am guilty of setting them up but was in a dire situation where I couldn't retrieve my real account's password (last used in January 2011) as it went to my email address which is hosted on the server and the server was not responding thus I couldn't get log in here to post.
