I am looking for multiple VPS instances like AWS provides. Something like below mentioned is what I want. Can you please help and suggest me, based on the following needs: 1) 20-30 instances 2) Unique ip for each instance. 3) Server location needs to be different like few of them can have one city, then next few another city like that 4) OS needs to be different like few of them can have Windows 2003, few can have Windows 2008 and so on. 5) Suggestions needed for low price. Idea is to keep everything unique for each instance-something like AWS provides in their accounts where we can launch 15-20 instances in 1 account with everything unique. Look at DigitalOcean and Vultr... On Vultr you can even install your own OS with your custom .iso

What is your budget? What server location you would prefer?

you can go for linode , azure , digital ocean , rackspace .
