Do you think that OVH VPS Cloud 2 can run San Andreas Multiplayer server smoothly? (~100 - 200 players) Its going to be only one gaming server on it. Thanks

I doubt it. I'm currently running an OVH VPS Cloud 3 and while I do like it's responsiveness (especially compared to some of the OVH-branded dedicated servers that I've used in the past), I wouldn't even try to use it for more than a few websites.

Dedicated server is cheap at OVH, probably go for that.

You should avoid using shared resources to host game servers.

You better go with a dedicated server or a more "high-spec" solution to do that. OVH is cheap and their servers works, except the support can be horrible sometimes. (Long wait time) Kimsufi as said above should work very well. Good Luck
