host4geeks.com or jaguarpc.com? I need Stability and support, but the most important is the stability. Everything works fine, the servers do not fall. Not rule out other companies, but I need overselling and master reseller. tank!

I would highly recommend looking at the reviews of JaguarPC and Host4Geeks. They're two seriously different companies Have a look yourself, though, and take advantage of the 30 day money back guarantee if you're not happy.

From what I've learned with them: JaguarPC: - The refund is 45 days, for whatever reason, it always returned. - The reviews on the forum are very bad lately, I read it was a good company in the past. hos4geek: - The return is up only 7 days and your money back if the server malfunctions within those 7 days. - A few reviews, but the few that there are good criticisms on the operation of this business. You know any of these companies?

I don't think either of those companies offer Master Reseller Hosting. Indeed if you were looking for stability, added to the fact that you need overselling enabled on a Master Reseller, then you would need to pick your host carefully. The number of clients that will be affected in the event of a server issue would be astronomical if you had multiple resellers who each in turn also has their own clients. You might want to let us know if you had other preferences such as location for the servers so users can make recommendations based on their experiences with any provider meeting your requirements. I heard their name but don't have experience with their service. It is much quicker to search for past reviews & downtime/problem history using the search box on top. Customers would not hang around WHT every day to write review upon request.

When looking at larger companies who have been in business for a very long time, it is important to keep reviews in perspective. We handle tens of thousands of tickets, chats and phone calls each month. That is tens of thousands of opportunities for customers to be frustrated and provide a bad review. Even if 1% of customers were dissatisfied you'd see 100's of complaints each month. That simply isn't the case. The other point is, no one stays in business for 16 years being unreliable and providing horrible support. There have been plenty examples of larger companies self imploding within a matter of months due to mishandling clients. We do indeed offer master reseller now. It is important to understand there are limitations based on inodes to prevent instability from happening.

The company where I am today is terrible, but it is a big company and has been years in the market. Could name you dozens of companies with a lousy service and that last over the years. Anyway, you're right in realación the percentage of people who complain compared to the number of clients you have.

Thank you for considering us! We do indeed offer Master Reseller Hosting with our reseller plans and I believe I spoken to your over live chat as well. Zach and Jag are truly a veteran in the industry and have been around for a long long time indeed. I'd say you couldn't go wrong with the either of us. :p

Personally if I was in your shoes with the two companies you've shortlisted I would say Host4Geeks, simply because I've heard good things about them.

LC Mike thanks for your answer. And out of these two options do you recommend? The most important thing for me is the uptime and server stability.

I had purchased a reseller hosting from Jaguarpc long time ago. But I cancelled it without use. Because the hardware of the server was low and their email response times took many hours. Also you can look at Surpasshosting and Hostdime.

Dhcart Goodnight, thank you for your answer, is always welcome the opinions of the more experienced, the two companies you mention do not offer Master Reseller and Overselling. PS: I like your script, good job!

I can appreciate this feeling and I agree with you. Up until mid last year our support response times were horrible and we were/are the first to admit that; however, with a lot of new hiring there is a night and day difference. Our new customers are being provisioned on dual quad or hexa core processors, 16 GB+ of Ram and raid 10. A good portion of existing customers have received hardware upgrades as well. Customers spoke and we listened.

Both options sound highly important to me mate, but if you was forced to pick one, it would be server stability for me as downtime can happen for any reason, ddosed, network components breaking, power cuts etc.
