What managed dedicated server company provides the best overall support?

I am running several hosting companies and honestly have some difficulty keeping up with all the work on a day to day basis. Instead of paying employees I have happily invested extra money to pay companies like WiredTree, SingleHop and LayeredTech to assist me when I'm stumped. WiredTree has gone above and beyond and I am completely happy with them and their network. If there is an end user problem they will actually take a serious look at it rather than pass the buck with the ol' "we don't support that" mumbo jumbo. However I would like to hear some other opinions and experiences. I am curious about RackSpace, LiquidWeb, and others. I was with the Planet before they offered managed services and they wouldn't give me the time of day. Has that changed? Also I'm curious about LimeStoneNetworks "LimeAid". Let's hear it WHT!

Well, there are particular things that might come up in day to day instances that are like whoa we don't support that. I mean a managed hosting company can't support every piece of software under the sun!! So it is really a question on the complexity of the application/software and the company you are with and what they have run into before. Wiredtree keeps it very very simple, if you notice they only offer one OS and it must come with a control panel (cpanel) and thats it.. no deviation.

Well that's a good point and I understand that. However I think some companies or more helpful than others. Who do you recommend?

You can recommend other providers but not your own.

Personally I think that is a silly rule!
