managed hosting in new york? how about voxel?

| Im looking for hosting with good access to the exchange point. Ive read great things here about voxel. But wht i need is some hoster where i can put a web, work on it, and if it grows as expected scale it from shared to vps and to dedicated as needed. Always managed. But reading voxel web i think it is not the kind of company for small customers like me.
Would you please confirm me that. And if thats the situation. Would you please recommend me hosting in that area with an excellent network and exchange connectivity, as im targeting latam and spain users.
Ive read also about burstnet. Really impressed from wht i read on their web. But i read lot of bad feedback here.
In short: managed services, products from shared to dedi, great support for foreign customers, great connectivity with exchange point in new york to serve latam and spain.

I dont know if they do managed services (I assume they will), but Gigenet have been excellent so far for me.
Not sure if they do any shared/Reseller hosting, but I think they do VPS.
Im sure you'll get lots of other responses, but you may also want to post in other parts of the forum to get responses, or even look at the offers section and contact a few of them.

| I only hear that Voxel doesn't do small rack space for colocation, but for managed servers, I believe they can do one. Have you tried to contact them yet?

| You may also look at DedicatedNOW/FortressITX, they are in New Jersey, I think they will suit you.

| Voxel does offer a ProManaged solution, https://www.voxel.net/products-services/managed-hosting. You'll have to contact them about the price if I remember correctly their management is around an additional $100+ or so.
