How to contact platinumservermanagement.com?

i have paid the service of platinumservermanagement.com, but i haven't received the account info email from them. i have tried gmail,hotmail,msn,yahoo, but received no answer from, who knows how to contact them?

First, let me state that you have "not" contacted our support department, and you are not a customer yet. You have ONLY contacted our SALES department You emailed our sales department at 4AM. It clearly says on our contact page that the sales department is only available 9AM to 5PM. It has only been 3 hours since you emailed us anyway. Also, we received many chats over the last 24 hours that were all answered. I did not find any missed chats on any of our 4 IM programs either. Furthermore, our signup page clearly states that account activation takes up to 24 hours. It has not exceeded that time. It has not even been anywhere near that long at all. Again, let me state that you have "not" contacted our support department, and you are not a customer yet. You have ONLY contacted our SALES department

Someone woke up on the wrong side of the keyboard this morning Did he really? I think the key part is this, "It has only been 3 hours since you emailed us anyway." The correct course of action is to refund and cancel the order. Threads like this are just ridiculous and are signs of things to come with such customers.

Yup, if someone can't be bothered to read when signing up, chances are they won't be bothered to read when you explain their server is dying and will blame you (PSM) when it does.

People just don't have patience these days and think that when they do not get 10 minute responces its time to complain on wht.

3 hours is nothing really, unless of course you're waiting for a pizza to be delivered then it'll be cold. It's worth the wait as PSM are a great company to deal with.

Their response/resolution time is 24 hour in case you haven't noticed it.
