How are they? I'm looking to jump from HG. (EIG) bull crap.

HostDime has their own datacenter and is not owned by EIG. Personally, I think they're a great established hosting provider.

We have a lot of reseller accounts on Hostdime and Surpasshosting(same company) for years. Their support is fast and friendly. Their chat support is very good. The servers mostly work stable. I recommend them.

HD is a good provider I've seen their name come up time to time and when it does usually it's about how good their services are . What's really good about them is that they own and operate their very own data center which makes the clients know that most likely they aren't going any where.

HD probably is a good hosting company, I will never know as my connection from Mississippi to Florida will not stay connected. I need to try another hosting company with same specs.

walley, Do you have a ticket with us regarding your issues? I'd be happy to get our Networking team involved to see if there's anything we can do to assist. Thank you,

Did you contact them on this? If not, you should and provide them trace route so they can check.

Let me tell you, these guys rock. They found that it may have been a server site issue and moved me to another server. No problems so far. I have been on the phone with a Level 2 tech and he is awesome. I am in the testing mode now.
