What would you do if your current server was facing a lot of issues including downtime and your clients weren't too happy about it? You would probably consider switching providers Well what happens when you don't have the resources to move a ton of clients quickly or encounter problems doing it yourself? Within the hour James had someone on the task prepping all of the data for the move and taking great care at each step. They worked throughout the day migrating everything over and kept me up to date as they finished each task. Soon enough it was done and my server was back in order and back online for my clients. All of it done ahead of schedule. After the migration was complete, James made sure everything was fine and fixed issues as I encountered them. Nice. How long had you used We3Cares for? Did you just hire them for this one time, or have you been a long-term client of some kind? -mike

This was a one time service as I am able to handle the majority of the server tasks, just needed some consultation during a critical period. However, as the site continues to grow I feel they will be vital in providing long term server management.
