Posted by WPHS, 08-22-2013, 09:56 PM After 8 hours of research and reviewing every web hosting company that sold reseller account and/or VPS accounts I must say BigScoots gets my business! I must have looked at 60 various companies some small to big and all I wanted to do was talk to someone online in the sales department. Some I spoke to worked only in support and refered me to the sales department which always seemed to take a very lengthy lunch break. At least I knew the support was online but that wasn't my goal for today. Lots of questions I had and only one out of 60+ hosting companies actually took the time to talk to me and answer every question in detail and that was BigScoots. Scott was very nice and down to earth and it was a pleasure to speak with him. It is important to me, to be able to talk to someone before I signup. I'm not one to just hand my money over and say lets roll! I do lots of research, had lots of questions. I've been out of the game for 8 years so there are new things on the market that I didn't quite understand. And thank God Scott from BigScoots was available to talk. I look forward to a bright future with them and I will post a 1 year review when that time comes around...
