Reseller recommendations

Hello! It has been a long time since I've been to this site but I never forgot it! Such a great place for web hosting information! Anyway, back in the day I had a very succesful web hosting business. Things have changed since then so I am requesting some advise. I would like a reseller account. I am looking at a company called Host4geeks.com. They seem to be pretty darn good and offer everything I need. Does anyone have anything good or bad to say about them? I was going to use host gator but after ready a few reviews on here I decided I'm looking for a personable company. A company who I can call that's based in the US and I can talk to a person who speaks clear English and knows what they are talking about and can fix any issues that may arise as quick as possible. Not that host gator isn't US based and their employees speak English. I just think a company like that is not going to be personable. Another thing is a hate support tickets lol! I love to pick up my phone and call and speak directly to someone. I was actually a huge fan of direct admin when it first came out. Very user friendly, easy to understand and clean. Cpanel /WHM is good if that's all that's around now. Only a few company's offer direct admin. I'm looking for a company that offers a merchant account, 24/7 phone support ( if possible ) brandable cpanel demos that I can use on my site. Free templates for my clients. Reliable / stable company. Billing software. Free domain maybe? Enom reseller account? All of the above is important to me. Host4geeks seems to be runing a tight ship. Heck, they even have a Facebook page which is good since even my 90 year old grand mother has one but who doesnt now? Lol! Thanks for your time and response!

24/7 phone support will be an issue; you are really limiting yourself with that requirement. The cost to staff a call center is not insignificant. The only host I have used I can recommend is HostDime.com (I actually used their SurpassHosting subsidiary precisely because I didn't want to pay for phone support).

Well how much is your budget? Do you need a billing panel to come up along with your reseller?

Phone support isn't really an important issue to me. I'm not a fan of tickets but it'd do. The things I need are as follows: - control panel - Cpanel/WHM - direct admin - billing software - reliable, stable company - a company that understands I haven't done this in awhile so I may have some stupid ( to you ) questions in the beginning - free website templates my customers can choose from and use - SSL for my billing software - Dedicated IP address - private name servers - ecommerce equipped I'm targeting my local market. Not really worldwide if that makes sense. My budget is large. I have plenty of money to get several dedicated servers if I wanted to but to start, nah. I'll start small and work my way up the food chain. I'm not looking to get rich, at all. Just looking for a friendly, stable, understanding company and so far host4geeks is really promising. Owned and operated by down to earth people, frequent flyer on these forums, no negative remarks on them that I could find, offers everything I need...

Only thing that bothers me is the 7 day money back guarantee. Everyone else is 30 to 45 days MBG....

mwnva79 here are a couple links that might be helpful (although I'm sure you've already completed these searches): http://www.google.com/search?q=host4geeks.com http://www.webhostingtalk.com/search...rchid=47755755 Sometimes you just need to bite the bullet and signup, just don't make any long term commitments. Also, if you move forward with host4geeks, be sure to come back and write a review in a few months time.

Thanks a lot for taking us into consideration. Although, we do list a toll-free number on our website, you might want to know, that it is for sales queries only. However, we offer 24x7 live support, so you can directly speak to our support staffs. Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to let me know.

Question, What exactly is WHM master reseller? That's something new that was not available back 8 years ago... This may be a stupid question but, are you able to setup shared and reseller hosting plans under a reseller account? I can't remember if you can or not... I have not yet signed up with anyone, I'm still in a research phase... Thanks!
