Yup, our server went down at 10ish AM.

Just got this: There was a power interruption at the Chicago Facility. Our techs are working to bring your servers back online. If your server is not back on line within the next 60min, please re-open this ticket and provide your root or administrator password so we can check the server. -- Lechaim FDCServers.net Flaming joke, what happened to UPS and Generator feeds. Now have several virtual servers with corrupt hard drives. WELL DONE FDC!

That facility has very good redundant power system since its located within the CBOT building. Probably a mishap. Things happen.

support seems overwhelmed by this outage, they haven't replied to my tickets for last 2 hours!

How do you know this Stacie? Are you an employee of FDC? As of yet nothing on WHT from them. All I got was "Were sorry" in a ticket.

im still missing 1 server, its over been over 60 minutes

Because their power infrastructure is solid like I stated before. Either way I rather have them work on the issue then respond to the tickets at this point.

That facility does not have UPS or Generator power. Nothing happened to them, they just don't have them.
