/root/installer.lock issue Please Help

| I want to install cpanel on my vps but whenever I try to install cpanel on my vps server it shows /root/installer.lock error. I have attached an ssh screen shot with this post and I already use below comments but matter could not be resolved. Even ping google.com is also working fine.
Commands
rm /root/installer.lock
reboot >> delete root`s files > yum -y update >> reboot
rm -rf /root/installer.lock

| It tells you the issue. You need to properly set your hostname first.

| You can change the hostname using the below command
hostname
replace new_hostname with your required hostname. If you want the changes to be permenant, let me know the OS you are running on your vps.
