Eleven2 first 3 days impression

Posted by dasklney, 10-12-2011, 09:44 PM
Hi guys, First of all, my English is not so good but I'm trying my best so you could understand what I want to say Here is my story... I was looking for a reseller with free Billing system, after doing some search in WHT, I found that Eleven2 was offering $0.01 for the first month of R-200 package so I would give them a try. On Oct 10th, I was signed up for their service. After signed up and the promotional still worked, but my order was marked as fraud. I contacted the support, they requested to submit the scanned copy of my credit card and driver license. (My comment: I don't know what is it for, because I would pay via PayPal and my PayPal is verified from 2007). I submited the scanned copy of my credit card and driver license by they way. They allowed my to pay my invoice in Oct, 11th. I paid the invoice right away when received the notice from them, it was just $0.01 My reseller hosting was still pending. So I was thinking about get the free billing license to install first. I requested free ClientExec license first, but I couldn't get it work on my domain. (My comment: I will just give it to Moderators for verification because the domain is for private project ) Finally, they actived my reseller hosting on Oct 12nd but I couldn't get it work, both ClientExec (I got this license from ClientExec first month free promotional) and WHMCS (their free license, will expire on Oct 14th, means they gave me free 3 days of WHMCS) couldn't create account from the reseller hosting the created for me. I login to WHM and saw that the only allowed me to get Remote Access Key and List Account? I contacted the support about this issue, they requested the login information to both ClientExec and WHMCS and the extract steps to produce the issue. First, I recorded the video of the extract steps with WHMCS, save as WMV, they couldn't watch it. Next, I type a very long ticket to produce to issue in ClientExec, and uploaded WMV video to YouTube and hoping they could watch it. They have replied my ticket on 10/12/2011 12:13 (My time is about 0:13 10/13/2011), when I checked WHM, now they allowed my to create account? My comment: I don't know what is Eleven2 is doing and maybe they still treated my as fraud? That is unprofessional company at all! Summary: - I could create my first account on their Reseller Package after 3 days. (They didn't allow me to do that in the first time?) - The reseller hosting IP is shared IP, not as their advert because I see that they was giving free dedicated IP for every reseller hosting. - WHMCS license will be expired in 3 days? (Screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/5qBX2.png) - ClientExec didn't work but it seems this is problem in my end, because they only allow to install ClientExec on their server. - Support seems didn't understand my ticket, maybe my bad English My impression: - Run as far as I could from Eleven2. - They are not professional or maybe because they treated as frauder? - Because it's nearly free, so I got what I paid for Thank you for reading, I have submit reseller hosting IP and domain to moderators for verification

Thanks for this - it's great information to know! It does seem rather odd that they asked for a copy of your credit card if you were paying with Paypal. It really doesn't make sense.

Dasklney I'm sorry about the issues you experienced. To clear some things up the WHMCS license will renew on the date you see and will not expire. This is the case on all the leased licenses WHMCS issues. It appears you were sent the incorrect verification form and we apologize for that. I am positive you will be happy with our services from here on out. If you PM me I can credit you two free months for these issues with verification and setup and allow you more time to evaluate our services after the initial issues were resolved.

Hey dasklney, It sounds like there was some miscommunication/a few issues because your order was initially flagged as fraudulent (most likely this was done automatically by whatever anti-fraud systems they have in place). I am sure the language barrier didn't help either . It took them some extra time to get your account setup/verified because your account had to be manually setup - but the good news is, the WHMCS license is not going to expire, and now you can create accounts within WHM. If anything, maybe ask them to clarify why you couldn't create accounts initially, or what they changed to "fix" the problem, so that you know for the future. It really seems like (even from your initial post) they tried, and were willing, to work with you on all of the above mentioned issues... I'd recommend spending at least a month with them and seeing how things work out before deciding to jump ship or recommending people "run" from Eleven2. Anyway, good luck!

Thank you all for replying I've sent you a PM with more details. Thank you I didn't recommend anyone to run away from Eleven2, I list this under "My impression", means my thought in my situation only

Just a short remark on this one: No fraud system can detect how you're gonna pay and we've had enough abusive clients paying through verified PayPal accounts that we wouldn't bother about it either.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with e2, sorry to hear yours was not as good! I am sure someone from Eleven2 will swing by soon and let you know whats happening

My guess is that you will need to ask them for the dedicated IP, I know we offer free dedicated IP's with our reseller accounts, but we only issue them upon request (as the reason for use of the dedicated IP has to be valid). In any case, looks like they are willing to work with you, so that's a good sign

Scott already swung by earlier!

It's good that they provided 2 free months. Stay with them, give them a chance. Be sure to update us after a few months.
