| yes turnkeyinternet down website not opening and their support system also down.

| I see diwalker was in India, but where are you located webhost_123? I checked with both engineering and customer service, and there was no drop off in activity over night, no network changes, or server outages of any sort. We have new orders, tickets, phone calls, web traffic, and chat requests all live during the time stamp of your post here on WHT.
Did you try calling in to support, or run a traceroute by chance to see where the connection was dropping off for you?
Feel free to PM me your IP address, and ill have engineering see if by chance your IP was blocked in a firewall by one of our intrusion detection systems, or if some strange route table exists to your IP. If multiple people saw the same issue, it sounds more like a routing/regional issue, but nothing our OPS team is aware of during the overnight shift.
If you ever have a problem - just phone in a +1-518-618-0999 (international) or the toll free if in the U.S. at 1-877-KEY-INET - while there was no outage network wise etc on this end, there are sometimes remote ones with our up stream carriers that we can help expedite re-routing if we are made aware of it.
