XWebHosting - I'm looking for witnesses

Hello, I want to take the offer: The price is $ 35 / month. If I pay for a year, that's $ 20.95 / month. I wonder if the company's customers are satisfied? Because I'm afraid to pay for one year thank you

Do you really need 1TB of Space and 2.5TB of Bandwidth? I think that's actually the total amount of space on the server, a big site doesn't even need such amount of space, and even so, that site would be already suspended for high resource usage.

I think you're right. Here's what they write:

NO WAY. No provider can offer TRUE 100% 1 TB Space and 2500 GB Bandwidth all for just $21-35/month as it just isn't profitable. I suggest you do a lot more research. 1 TB hard drive on a dedicated server alone can cost around £50. Another £50 for 2TB+ bandwidth. If you really need to be able to use that much diskspace and bandwidth I suggest you get a dedicated server instead. =)

I don't understand why people tend to go for offers like that. They want to pay for 100x more disk space and bandwidth than they would ever need. Its just crazy overselling. As HostXNow said, you will NEVER be able to use that much space and bandwidth. If you signup with them, download bunch of 1GB test files (run a cron to download them every 30 mins). Lets see for how long they can keep you up.

Don't go for hosts who are obviously overloading the **** out of their hardware. Every host overloads a little, but this is extreme. They're basically selling the entire capacity of one server a dozen times over, if not more.

Although I've never used their services, what they are offering is obviously an oversold service. Which is always a red flag for disastrous things to come (especially when dealing with oversold reseller accounts). So with that being said, if you absolutely feel the need to sign-up with a web host that is overselling their services, I wouldn't do so for a year. Otherwise you will probably be right back on this board a couple months later complaining about how your web host scammed you or is refusing to give you a refund. PS. Have you tried searching for bad reviews on Xwebhosting via Google? Always good to take in both the good and the bad, when dealing with any potential new web hosts. I always like to search for bad reviews first (because it gives me a good idea of how companies handle complaints). Anyway, hope that helps!

Well I can't prove that I was a customer of theirs, but take this as is then. I used em back in november, and site load times were very VERY slow. If you don't mind waiting 3-4 seconds for say a .txt file to load over http then go ahead and host with them. Again, I am no longer a customer, so not sure how I can show you proof of this, so take this with a grain of salt if you wish.

I have heard first time that someone is offering 1 TB space to his customers in such price and I am sure that you will get a busy busy server indeed. If you need such spec, I suggest you to buy a dedicated server instead.
