Did you contact your host? You should contact your host first and if they do not reply then you should get an email address of the owner of the company through WHOIS of the webhoster. Hope that this will help you.

Sorry to say that they have enabled "Privacy protect" on their domain. http://whois.domaintools.com/rayserve.com Such kind of hosts fly by nights and this is why called that first inquire and investigate and then signup. So signup with a new host and launch your websites again.

You can buy hosting on Ebay? Anyways, dispute the payment in PayPal, then purchase hosting from a trusted company such as StableHost or HostGator. Find a host with at least 2 years in business.

I'd say at least 1 year.

Sorry to hear your problem, You can buy webhosting on ebay ? Wow, Wouldnt trust that seems like a scammers way of advertising to be honest. Yea i agree with what the others comments said, Look at going with hostgator or stablehost or another company with at least 1 years experience

I also would like to add: OP, you shouldn't purchase an Alpha reseller. Almost every hosting company that offers them has overloaded/slow servers. The only host I know that offers decent Alpha resellers is http://k-disk.net. I've never tried them but I have read good things about them. OP, You should also ALWAYS read the TOS when purchasing hosting from ANY company, and I recommend you lookup reviews on this site of the hosting your buying. Lots of good reviews here on WHT! I would always go with 2 years just to be safe - but 1 year is perfectly fine as long as there is positive reviews on the company here at WHT.

I'm pretty sure it was a big story 3-4 years back when eBay banned the selling of virtual things. I don't how their policies have adapted over the years, or where hosting fits in this, but buying hosting from eBay is one the scariest things I've ever heard. There is nothing keeping the seller from ditching. Start with a company that is established next time, and good luck. Hopefully you can get your money back.
