Gazzin Reseller Hosting review

My reseller website and all the downline hosted site is off for more than 24 hours now. Website mentioned is bluenpurple.net and the ticket cannot be opened from the new installed whmcs system yesterday. Its when I tried using the old system (searching on google) and also sending email to support. Its when I remember my email @ the hosting was not online as well. That's completes the whole scenario. This has not been the first time, all of the problems such as slow servers, high cpu activity, dead servers, etc had happened more than I can remember. What do they said about it? You can almost guess it: "wait". When I try to ask what happens and what causing the system down or unresponsive, 95% of the time will not be answered correctly. This morning when I wake up, I got the system complaint ticket number: [#PTN-128673]. Now they say my nameserver is not updated. Why should I update something I did not change? Shouldn't you inform your clients upon changes that will affect the service? Oh cmon, should I tell you those things above?

Calling clanosiris, hey you told me to open a new thread but you did not respond to it. I'll wait for a few more hours then. Till then, should it not been fixed I will do my best to cast this information internetwide.

Sounds like a pretty bad experience you are having, if they are giving you so much trouble, why dont you just switch web hosts?

The switching in in the process. Already had 2 other backups and currently processing and moving all accounts. I just did not expect it would go down this long and I cannot event open a ticket in their new whmcs system.
