2 reseller plans 1 domain + WHMCS ?

Hello there , I've been struggling for days to get my website back online after many mistakes from my reseller account provider. Now, i'm back at square 1 which is : reseller A : with my hosting sale website + WHMCS , WHM / Cpanel, reseller B : different IP adress, WHM / Cpanel What i'm trying to do is adding reseller B to WHMCS servers config under the same main domain name. My hosting provider change my namerservers (ns3 and ns4) to aim at reseller B IP adress ---> DNS conflict for 2 days and now google cached the wrong DNS .... So now i'm back at square 1 because they deleted ns3 and ns4 WHMCS ask me to type in the config servers fields : domain nameservers Ip WHM / CPanel Login How do i get this thing work ? Packages will have the same names among the 2 WHM panel. DO i have to edit WHM dns zone from reseller A ? DO i have to register again ns3 and ns4 ? On another matter, i have a subdomain to give for free for my free customers. It is working fine on reseller A. How to make it work on reseller B I'm considering to give a donation for the one who help me to solve my problem, it has been days since i try to do this with a very bad hosting provider support ... Thank you in advance for the time you'll take to guide me Best Regards

It might be easier if you let us know what your domain is so we can have a look at the current DNS settings, but that's up to you. Yes, if they're no longer registered as nameservers they will need to be registered again at your domain registrar. They need to use the IPs your 'reseller B' has provided for nameservers. Make sure you add A records for ns3 and ns4 at 'reseller A' (where I assume you host your main domain). Like you did for 'reseller A'. Enter in the server's details, your IP at 'reseller B', and username and access key from 'reseller B'. If the domain used for subdomains is hosted at 'reseller A', any account you set up at 'reseller B' with the subdomain will need to have DNS records added at 'reseller A'.

Thanks a lot for your answer. So my domain is host-stage.net and the free subdomain i provide is freehst.net Could you explain to me each step i need to do ? I use Enom registrar for these domains and what is the part i need to do in WHM ? I swear that once all things are set up i'll give you a donation for the time you spent to help me.

For Enom: 1. Log in to your account at enom.com 2. From the menu select.. Domains >> Advanced Tools >> Register a Name Server 3. Add the nameserver name to the form (i.e. ns3.yourdomain.com), enter the IP for the nameserver. 4. Click the Update button You'll need to do this for both ns3 and ns4. Then in WHM, use the "Edit DNS Zone" function to edit the DNS zone for your domain. Add A records for ns3 and ns4 using the same IPs you just used to register the nameservers at Enom. There's no need for a donation, the whole point of a forum is to help each other

So why are you still with them? WHT members will not always be able to help you with everything due to limited access. The best way to get help is from your own provider. It is important to choose a good hosting provider so they can help you quickly when issues come up like this. If the provider let you down this time then what's to say they won't keep doing it. You may want to consider using a better hosting provider.
