I'm mobile and don't have access to all my logins, but my sites not been responding at the RapidSwitch London facility for about 20 minutes now. Anyone else having issues?

No issues that we are experiencing, did you already open a ticket with support?

Thanks for the update.. No I can't get into my my.futurehosting account from here, I'll be able to log in an hours time when I return to my laptop that has all my details on it. I've checked my sites from 2 ISPs here and my 3G mobile, so I don't think it's a DNS routing issue from my end. ....and just as I'm typing it's come back up! Typical hehe. Definitely unreachable for about an hour now though. I'll see if I can log some usage graphs and see if I can work out what's happened.

You can always e-mail support (at) futurehosting.com to get info on whether or not there is a known issue .. and the portal isn't in one of our client datacenters, so if that was down, it may have been a route issue between your location and that portal. Definitely feel free to e-mail us if you run into issues and we will be happy to assist.

Cheers guys. The portal was up for me, I just don't have my login details on me so I couldn't get past the front page. Mistake on my behalf that as I should have them on me, so just posted here to see if it had affected anyone else. Thanks again.
