so how can i do that?

Download ioncube from their site according to your system: http://www.ioncube.com/loaders.php So for example, for linux x86, Use a text editor to open up php.ini in /usr/local/lib/phi.ini and insert: zend_extension=/usr/local/ioncube/ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so according to your php version. Save and restart httpd.

Hi, You are making mistakes. Which version of php are you running? Just find this first. and now, cd /usr/local/ioncube ls this will display all files in that folder which looks like ========== ioncube_loader_lin_5.3.so ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so etc ========== If the php version is 5.3 add zend_extension="/usr/local/IonCube/ioncube_loader_lin_5.3.so". If it is 5.2 add the line zend_extension="/usr/local/IonCube/ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so" I hope you understood what to do. Then restart apache. If you find issues contact me at linuxboxer@gmail.com Good Luck

hi and thanks for your rep. i have opened the ioncube_loader_lin_5.3.so with nano editor but nothing was readable! my php version is 5.3 check also your mail box

You need to open your php.ini: vi /usr/local/lib/php.ini then modify the ioncube line accordingly.

This is only a warning, when someone add a addon domain and after delete the directory, the documentroot for that domain does not exist, it is normal.

Hi guys, I was able to download the package but I can't install or upgrade it. None of the suggestions are working # cd /usr/local/src Worked! # wget http://downloads2.ioncube.com/loader...lin_x86.tar.gz Worked! # tar -xfz ioncube_loaders_lin_x86.tar.gz Result: tar: z: Cannot open: No such file or directory tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now # mv ioncube /usr/local Result: mv: cannot stat `ioncube': No such file or directory Any suggestions on how to upgrade this?

It depends on your environment, are you using a control panel or just on it's own? IF it's plain Centos (No control panel) check out: http://www.servermom.org/how-to-inst...-centos-6/802/

right now I'm using centos and plesk

Right now I'm trying to make it run by editing vi /etc/php.d/00-ioncube-loader.ini It will load when I use the older downloaded version /usr/lib64/php/modules/ioncube_loader_lin_5.3.so But when I load the new version it's not loading /usr/lib64/php/modules/ioncube_loader_lin_5.3_New.so I will look at your link, ty Any other suggestions would be awesome!

Since you have cPanel, you should recompile Apache/PHP using EasyApache. It should install latest version supply with cPanel. Make sure that you select it during recompilation.
