Need help,XEN VPS node suddenly unstable these days, down again and again

I've a SolusVM XEN VPS node since 11/07/2013, so far so good until these days(from this month)
It's down again and again without any special error.
There are some "Call Trace" error code can be found by KVM console for every down time, but I don't know what it means.
Server will back online after cold reboot, but it will crash again in anytime, maybe 30 minutes or 3 hours or 2 days. And I can't find any special error message in dmesg or /var/log/message
I've update the kernel and xen to the last version by xen4centos yum.
I tried backup all the VPSes use solusvm autoftpbackup function 1 hour ago after a cold reboot, and I found ssh console shows something like "kernel:BUG: soft lockup - CPU#0 stuck for 23s!" sometimes, but server still working, everything seems fine. About 30 minutes later, server crash again. no error show on ssh console and top command shows load average: 7.49, 7.46, 7.72 at crash time. but kvm console shows the same error code as before.
I've uploaded the screenshots of 3 down issues via KVM console. Please give some advice if you know something about it

By any chance this is a Dell server?

If show kernel bug then upgrade your OS kernel to latest version or downgrade to CentOS 5.
Xen work perfectly on CentOS 5.latest and another trick is downgrading Xen 4x to Xen 3.x

|SecureAX It's not a Dell server
@DewlanceHosting OS kernel already upgrade to the latest, I think it's too risk to a live VPS node OS downgrade
Update: The datacenter replaced all the memory and upgraded RAID card driver for me, working fine 20 hours since that.
