NetDirekt connectivity issues?

Anyone having servers with netdirekt has experienced today problems with their connectivity? First at noon it seems like the complete DC was not accessible, and now every hour I receive notification from BinaryCanary that my server with netdirekt does not reply to ping for 10-15 minutes.

Hi we have server from them and everythings be fine !

last week I was having some problems, the network was going up and down constantly for like 35 hours till they successfully fixed it. only effected a small amount of their datacenter tho.
