Posted by ExonHost, 07-27-2010, 04:52 AM
I am providing shared in my country from last year. Recently I thought to take test of master reseller hosting. So I signup with ahh.us. I know they are very new company, but that is not matter for me. Before signup master reseller account with ahh.us shoot a pre-sales ticket and got quick response and their response time average 20 min. Then I decided to signup with them. After signup I submit 2 ticket for minor issue they solve my issue quickly. I am enjoying their service. I will update my review after 1st month.

It appears they are having issues, even their order system is down... https://say.ahh.us/cart.php

The whole site appears to be down although it can be pinged. Hopefully they bring your sites back up soon.

Also I hope but they did not inform me about their issue. 10 hrs gone do not know when site will be up.

Seems to be working here - Is your website still down?

I got email from hyperspin few minutes ago. Now up all site. Also they respond my email. They are facing free memory problem, told me.

Hi there. Thanks for the review. Ironically, bad timing to get a memory issue on our machine at the time this thread is live But that's life I suppose. We did a mysql tweak and continuing to monitor this. A mysql process was consuming too much of the resource and we've been monitoring the issue since. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We hope to see you happy again with the service and we'll work throughout the day to keep you updated if any issues persist. Thanks

10+ hours is a lot of downtime for a website to be down. You might want to see if they have any uptime guarantee, I am sure you have surpassed it. 10+ hours is a lot of downtime for a site, but at least they get it all squared away!

Big surprise: dirt cheap doesn't work out for customer and host.

Posted by vWiz, 08-18-2010, 03:45 PM
Unless you you're making just a general comment, I feel like I have to jump in comment on this. Dirt Cheap doesn't work out for the customer and host? Do you even know what ahh.us was charging? And regardless of their price, do you even know the level of service or what a client's problem was? No need to bash if you don't know the specifics. Just my 2 cents.

I know what kind of service you provided. Always you are lying with your clients.

Posted by Michaelz, 08-19-2010, 02:02 AM
I know it very well providing you didn't lie in that other thread of yours, which, of course, would be more than ridiculous: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showth...13#post6945813 And also here: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showth...18#post6929218 What this tells me regarding your service levels is that you couldn't even faintly sustain your VPS and its licenses with the income you were making and that's most probably why you dumped your customers. Plus, you were promising a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee while you hardly maintained this operation for so long. That's not bashing and the specifics is that we have yet another fly-by-night host seen going down the drain because they didn't get their maths right. Hurry back to school, boys.
