How can i install RDP in my dedicated server?

I have linux dedicated server with 1TB HDD and 16 GB ram I want use 200GB sapce and 8 GB ram for RDP How can i install RDP in my dedicated server? I want use both in my server window rdp and linux also How can i do this

You need to virtualize your dedicated, split it with 2 VMs so you can use Windows for RDP and another VM for Linux. Great virtualization for Linux are KVM or XEN

now first of all what i need to do? I need install xen in my dedicated server? or what can you please tell me step by step how i do this?

If you have really no clue, you should hire someone to do this setup for you. Also keep in mind you will need at least 2 IPs, 1 for each VM.

Yes, you will need to install XEN, ESXI, Proxmox, etc... You can find a lot of good tutorials at http://www.howtoforge.com/
