ServerLoft Germany down

anyone else have or know of a serverloft germany network outage? I just lost connection there twice, not coming back up 2nd time. serverloft.com is up, but ded server machines arent

I am currently hosted with serverloft frankfurt and from my monitoring(10 mins), there is no downtime in the past 24 hours. You can check my sites in my signature and they are online. I checked with serverloft sales and they say they have not faced a network issue and suggest you submit a ticket from the custom portal to get help from the support team.

I did. They are bit slow about replying to me, and i have a special occasion so i thought it would be nice to talk with a Serverloft rep if there is any on wht

Have you solved the problem yet? Just start a ticket in my.serverloft.com, their support response seems quick and helpful, though the server is unmanaged.

Yeah i did, actually my server was down for 36 hours, because of the network issue. Actually they said that problem took only few minutes but it took more for my server, somehow. So this morning they managed to make my main ip accept connections. So at least my sites are reachable via the main ip of the server. But the other 6 ips are still offline. Their support is generally good, but because of this issue, they say network department is working on it, and they are not giving any reply, or taking so much time. Like, 1 ticket response in 12 hours, and i have to call their hotline to ask them to tell their tech guy to write me status of the problem.

pick up the phone and ring them? i did that before having servers in germany and usa with them

mihd, thats what i do. I ring them and they say, they will make one of the tech guys reply to my ticket. But i started to get sick of it, as it sucks to ring them each time when they don't reply to my ticket for hours
