Just Host Reseller Review

Posted by amillerweb, 01-23-2010, 02:36 PM
I currently have a reseller plan with Just Host.com and I have to say they should have thought it all through before launching said services. The welcome email lacked most of the information I needs regarding the free billing software they give you (which took an additional email to them for setup a day later). The sole reason we even went with Just Host was because they offer a Free eNom reseller account, it even says on their sales copy twice that it is a free enom reseller account. We have just recently found out that it is not a reseller account but a sub-retail account and if we want to upgrade to a reseller account, we have to prepay $100. Not bad but would have been nice to know first. Their Live Chat support and email support need better coordination because they continue to give us the loop around with issues such as the enom situation or even better documentation regarding the installation of the provided software. In the end, I should have gone with the Host Gator reseller program. I suggest to stay clear of Just Host.

Any Free Enom account is a sub-account but you still get the pricing depending on what tier they are on. All Enom accounts require an initial deposit of $100. HostGator's free enom account works the same as well.

There is no hosting company which provides enom account depositing $100. Hosting company will advertise that you get a enom account worth $100 for free. I find no solid reason to stay way from Just Host.

It isn't a eNom sub-account if you get your WHMCS license separately from WHMCS.com or LicensePal.com. If you get a WHMCS license from either of those companies you will have a master eNom account that would allow you to setup your own sub-accounts.
