PoundHost are truly useless. Poor uptime, poor support and pathetic status updates. Avoid.
We have (had) a handful of W2k8 users on one of the failed PoundHost VPS servers which we're migrating to our other DC as we speak.

Putting on my poundhost hat again (as we all come under the same company group). There is something in hand to sort out customers and details should be passed to customers shortly. This however is not to be taken as an official announcement at this time

That's typical Pound Host crap. Last time they promised free copy of Windows 7 because of the downtime caused. Nothing was ever sent to the customers. They use to be good now they are sh*t. Avoid......

We have used poundhost for at least 4 months and we have had 0 downtime and 0 issues.

According to their status page, their SAN went kablooie, and they're waiting for HP to fix it.

Still down. Last status update was 24 hours ago. How can a hosting service have such a poor level of customer service and not to mention the downtime.

agreed. we have vps with them for almost a year now but nothing major happened like now. down time is already over 2 days and counting.. still no ETA on when the servers will be back online. very disappointing. i'm leaving them for good if the servers are not up in a day or two.
