CPU overheating?

I have recently setup a new server. I have noticed some overheating messages in the mcelog. Following is the entry I find in the mcelog. Processor 2 below trip temperature. Throttling disabled The server is a single Xeon Quad Core server. What could be wrong with it?

The overheating server is like some bomb. Just waiting to freeze or start throwing errors. You need to check the sensors and just decrease the temperature if it is near or over the critical.
