Hey, I had short listed the following sites for the reseller packages. Could you guys please suggest which is better? 1. Resellerscene 2. ResellerZoom 3. Aquarius Storage Thanks, Karthik.

Do you have a specific location you're interested in? Do you want end user support or will you provide this yourself?

I can provide the end support myself.. no problem with that.. No specific location.

That pretty much depends on what your budget and requirements are? One may be better for someone with particular needs, while for another person it may not be..

of all those three which one is more reliable of the others?

I wouldn't be able to advise on that unfortunately.. I don't have experience with any of them.. Perhaps ask them for their uptime stats? If they have a good long history of stats, then it is a good indication of how confident they are with their reliability..

I would say look for ones that offer a 30 day trial or refund, Give them a try and test support, site speed, control panel etc.. You can also look for old reviews on this site for the hosts listed.

They all 3 are great, it would simply depend on which specific features you need and price range. From my research, they are all stable

While it can't hurt to ask for it, you also have to believe that maintenance wasn't taken out of the records etc. Tough stuff judging hosts.

Dan has a great point. Most hosting providers do pause their monitoring for "scheduled maintenance since scheduled maintenance doesn't "usually" qualify for a account credit from most providers. It's can be hard to find real uptime statics for a provider. Then, a providers own website can have 100% uptime for a years time, and then you get put on a server that can barely maintain a 99.8% uptime, so go figure. Uptime is important, however you have to do some deep searching if you want to look at it as a "valid statistic".

You may get lost if you sign up with resellerzoom; they have a very large client base and a history of providing sometimes good and sometimes not so good service. I would go with aquarius storage or reseller scene.

I wouldn't limit yourself to just those reseller hosts. There are many other things you could be missing out on - for example "Master Reseller" hosting offers more features and control than regular Reseller hosting.

That is one way to do it by pausing your monitoring, but I know Cartika does not pause theirs. This is a double-edged sword of course as it can bring down your uptime stats, but it is the really only honest way in my opinion. If asked by a prospective customer about your stats, point them to the notice where it was due to scheduled maintenance. Of course if I actually provided hosting I would have a clear hyperlink near my stats to a page/forum category that shows a history of scheduled maintenance. I would suggest to go through their reviews. It would easy for you to decide which is best for yourself. You might want to make sure, if the hosting bandwidth and disk space offered by these reseller is what your business really needs.

Saw that our company came up. I've had the pleasure of following Aquarius Storage around on these boards and twitter. great guy and great company I won't go feature for feature on who's better as that defeats the purpose of hosting that's best suited for you, so I'd suggest contacting pre-sales for your company list and ask what you need. (ex. ffmpeg required, etc) Or if you're looking for test runs, I'm not sure on Aquarius's policy on free trials, but you can always test us out for 30 days no hassle money back guarantee if you're wondering about our services.

I know that this is not on your list but I would check out HostNine they have a great reseller hosting service.

Yep, they tend to have great reviews on these forums. There are many other reputable hosts here as well. Perhaps the OP should let us know what his requirements are so we could give some more options?

The most important thing is their support. What kind of support they offer to you. Although you can manage at your end, you only have reseller access and you do not have server access to manage the server. Once you need server support, you still need to refer to them
