Cheap reseller?

| I'm looking for a cheap reseller that can maybe throw in ~2-3 IPs - something like Autica from UK2 (free SSLs would be a great plus), but I only need about half the bandwidth and space, for half the price.
I don't really mind what control panel it is, but would rather go away from cP/WHM.
Max budget is 10-20USD/m, SSH access required. I don't really care about separation or permissions: all of my sites are for personal/friend use, not going to be running a hosting business or anything, so don't need enduser support, WHMCS, CE, etc.
Decent specs, responsibly oversold.
Prefer private NSes.

| Price is not most important thing. If you are looking for a reliable reseller hosting when stay away from too cheap solutions. I recommend Surpasshosting as your budget.

| I'd like a decent amount of disk and bandwidth - not like 1G/10G.
@dhcart I don't really care too much about downtime.. DreamHost style would be acceptable, with lower limits. It's not going to be used for anything important.
e: yeah i'll use less than what surpass offers for sure, maybe half that
