Page-Zone hosting took my money and not responding

Hi, Last year page-zone.com offered a reseller account for $10 trial for 6 months and then there after $24.95 per month. The reason is was interested as they offered whmreseller option with the deal. I signup up and all was well. A few weeks later they decided to remove the whmreseller option and i told them i am no longer interested as that is what is signed up for. They said no problem and they will refund the $10 - which never happened. I left it but in Dec 2008 no knowing there was a subscription of $24.95 on my paypal account which was deducted. I cancelled the subscription and have send 2 tickets to page-zone one in Dec and one in Jan and there are not replying to my requist for a refund There seems to be be no support. Anybody know how i can get hold of them?

file a claim with paypal, if they cancelled your account, you are entitled to your money - do a whois check and see if the phone number on file works.

Jim (Page-Zone) is a very active member in here and is a well respected member into the bargain. Why not go to his office in here (the social issues forum in the webhostingtalk lounge) and pm him. I'm pretty sure (110% sure in fact) that Jim ain't hiding from anyone for $20 or $30 roflmao. Just in case I'll point him to this post....there'll be a simple and honest answer. owm

It is the weekend, so give Jim a day or 2 to sort it out. He's probably out door knocking for Obama over the weekend.

OP - PM me here directly with your info and I'll get it taken care of. I can issue the refund today and let our accountant sort the rest out without the need to get you involved. I'll need your main domain name and paypal address via PM. I think bad planning on our part is to blame. There were some who canceled over removal of WHMreseller, but were mad about the fact they thought the initial $10 setup charge should have kept their account open for the duration of the 6 months, which we then started doing. And a shout out to OWM
