The domain is less than 1 month old but they claim to provide hosting since 2004.

Yes, I have no experience with them but they do not even mention a postal or office address on their website. Furthermore their options are too good to be true. Dedicated IP, and more goodies for such a low price...

1TB space and bandwidth for the price their asking is overselling, big time..

I think overselling is not the issue here. The whole company does not look trustworthy.

I personally wouldn't trust any host that offers excessive amounts of anything. You can take a risk and see how long they last but in the end you will never get a reliable host who oversell to a point where it's not sustainable.

If they are having 2TB disk space in total on their server, they will only be able to host 2 customers if they are not overselling. Obviously, the server will in itself cost them more than $25/mon and hence overselling! - Rick

The domain is less than 1 month old but they claim to provide hosting since 2004. They are probably newbies and don't even know sites like DomainTools and BetterWhois exist.

They are probably newbies and don't even know sites like DomainTools and BetterWhois exist. As I previously said, they seem to own an old domain name and have rebranded. Their old domain name has a registration period that has passed of about 5 years. So based on that (which isn't 100% reliable anyway), they probably have been in business for 5 years.

The domain is less than 1 month old but they claim to provide hosting since 2004. that's always fun lol, and they only have 14 domains pointed to their primary nameserver, doubt it's 14 accounts, probably a few addon domains as well...
