Looking for reliable reseller hosting on server located in West Coast of USA

I've been visiting webhostingtalk frequently to search for information. Since this forum is so large I never had to create my own topic and register an account, I just used the search. However, my current question has not been answered yet so here I am! I am looking for a reliable Cpanel reseller hosting company that has servers located in the west coast of the USA (for example in LA). This is important to us, since much of our visitors come from Asia and the USA. Could you recommend some? I have already found Innohosting by myself, but would like to compare a few more! The sites hosted on the account are for a US-registered nonprofit foundation. What am I looking for: - Reliable company (in business several years, good reputation and good uptime) - Price: around 25 USD per month for the hosting package and a few dollar extra for a dedicated IP. Specification: - Cpanel resellerhosting (of course including WHM). - "standard" cpanel package: unlimited mail accounts, etc. - 10 Gigabyte of space - 100 Gigabyte (but preferably 200 GB) - Dedicated IP (I have to enable SSL later on) We DO NOT need Fantastico, Sitebuilder, RVSkins and similar goodies. I hope this is sufficient information, if not, please let me know!

Is cPanel a must or you can accept other control panel likes DirectAdmin?

Currently the sites are also hosted on Cpanel, at siteground. They offer a poor backup script. Therefore I think it is best to have Cpanel also available at the new host.

cPanel has its own backup script. Not sure what script you mention at Siteground. Anyway, cPanel accounts can be converted into DirectAdmin without any trouble. We have done it multiple times. DA is much better than cPanel from my experience. And it keeps improving. Considering that when you choose a new vendor Knownhost is another good vendor in the West coast, but their bandwidth is a bit lower than your requirements. It's worth to send them an email asking if they have any promotion currently for reseller hosting.

With your budget and requirement, it is very very easy to fufil. However, Fantastico, SiteBuilder, RVSkins etc. are usually installed in the server by the host, even if you do not need it, you will see it, and it will not make much of a difference to the pricing the host gave.

I mentioned siteground because they disabled the normal Cpanel backup function. They offer a paid script that will tar your public_html and mail directories. I have been working with Directadmin. It is nice, but somehow I prefer Cpanel. I think Cpanel is buggier than Directadmin but I've gotten to appreciate it the last few years

Yea I had to find a new hosting company quite awhile ago after I realized they had disabled a valuable asset to cPanel and replaced it with some trashy script.

Shouldn't have too many problems getting exactly what you want. Just make sure to check for reviews and contact the providers with any questions you may have.

Your budget is very reasonable, I am sure you will be able to find something that fits you, check out the offers section, tons of great offers - all comes down to finding the perfect one that fits you as Tim suggested above, contact the host with questions and evaluate how well they handle your requests and questions, that will tell you a lot about their service.
