New system setup

Hi, I am looking to have a new system setup one the does the following using whmcs as billing and having cpanel for shared/reseller accounts. 1.) Allow auto creation of vps servers (auto stop or charge when bandwidth/space limit is reached) 2.) Allow auto creation of dedicated servers (if possible) (auto stop or charge when bandwidth limit is reached) 3.) Allow managing of colocated servers such as bandwidth (charge for overuse or stop when they reach the bandwidth limit) Was wondering if the above can be done using whmcs and cpanel? Now we need a system setup to have all this going 1.) A system where we can add extra servers when storage, cpu, or memory limits have been reached. Allowing for easy expansion. It can be centralized storage with servers. Will need the above to work with whmcs and cpanel however we will also need something to control it of course so was wondering what would be the best way besides onapp? And once one cpanel server fills up are there any easy solutions to monitor multiple cpanel servers easily and keep them secure etc...? Thanks!

1) SolusVM can suspend on reaching bandwidth limits, i would of thought onapp can too. 2) Theres probably a way you can do this by storing details for servers ready to go, but not a good idea just from a security point of view. 3) This is possible with a whmcs plugin called cactistats. It works well for us

Hi, would openvz or xen work also? Prefer those. For #2 we were thinking of maybe storing templates or something somewhere and when someone orders an dedicated server it will power it on and install the operating system, raid if possible etc.. as much automation as possible. And ideas on the actual system setup?
