How to change the httpd.conf through cpanel

This is how typical virtual host entry on my httpd.conf
I want to get rid these 2 lines for all virtual host
So I read here:
http://docs.cpanel.net/twiki/bin/vie...e3/InsideVHost on section customTemplates
Custom templates that will apply to all virtual hosts when rebuilding an existing Apache configuration
file(s).
Now I am stuck. Which one is "me". Do I use SSL? Am I using Apache 1 or 2? How do I know?

httpd -v shows you the Apache version
httpd -M shows you the installed modules
