Ubiquity Hosting Down?

Hello,
I've been experiencing some really bad downtime with Ubiquity over the last two and a half months or so. The bad thing is when they go down, they're down for a long time. Right now, I've been down for about 3 or 4 hours today. Is anyone else having a problem with Ubiquity?
Their support page says they had a problem today that they resolved, but I'm still down.

I'm sure a Ubiquity rep will be here shortly to respond, they are a pretty large organization.

Network seems 100% pretty much - but the systems page shows two Dallas nodes offline. I don't know if this page is outdated and those nodes are offline because they have no clients/old servers, but two show 'down.'

Have a box with them in Chicago and it's been up (1 minute monitoring)
It would be useful if the OP would state which city his server is in as that is important info IMO.
