Innohosting - To help or not to help that is the question!

Ok I need some advice here guys. I am having a problem with the service on innohosting. I reported a problem on friday and it is "still" not resolved. This is the problem. Their servers are blocking connections with other servers. Support is saying, "Not our fault not our fault", but when I put my site on another host it works fine. http://www.sdeonline.us/ <------ Innohosting http://fox.trouble-free.net/~mixcrew/ <---- interserver As you can see the site loads the data fine from template monster on interserver and displays the template data in the boxes. The innohosting site just sits there trying to load. Before I switch hosting I want to see what you guys think might be the problem. I feel its innohosting causing the problem due to the fact it works fine with another host. I have clients trying to pickout templates and this down time could end up costing me ALOT!

Hmm that's pretty strange I left the page open for a while then hovered over the template area and the images ended up showing up. The second time I just waited a while and eventually the images loaded fine on their own as well. Maybe this is an issue with resolving the location of those sites? So possibly a problem with their DNS resolvers

Loading find from both places here, almost equally fast.

I have tried it on 4 different computers all in different locations and they DO NOT load even close to the same amount of time. To top it all off now my email doesn't work 60 second load time for Innohosting. 3 second load time for interserver.

Both loaded for me. but it took relatively a very long time, compared to the new host.

Can anyone recommend a good replacement host? I need this site back up ASAP.

Both links worked fine for me. If you want to switch, what are your requirements?

I see the same problem as SDEinc. The second link loads in about 3 seconds max (timed with ab). On the first I couldn't get a result with ab (timeout) but wget showed it loading ok for the first few seconds then stalling, eventually completing the page load after 42 seconds. If your script is going out to fetch data from the net, this could be caused by a bad route / packet loss between innohosting and the external site. You might want to continue your experiments by loading from a different site. Edit: or perhaps slow dns lookups - you might also try loading the external resource by IP address.

Inno loaded fine for me. Used pingdom load tests and got the following: Total loading time: 13.2 seconds Total objects: 49 (541.4 KB) External objects: 2 (34.1 KB) HTML (X)HTML: 2 (83.5KB) RSS RSS/XML: 0 CSS CSS: 3 (14.1KB) Scripts Scripts: 2 (5.5KB) Images Images: 41 (80.1KB) Plugins Plugins: 1 (358.1KB) Other Other: 0 Redirected Redirected: 9 http://fox.trouble-free.net/~mixcrew/ would not load for me.

First loads fine, templates are loading fine too, second one is dead. Might the templates be slow because their not actually hosted on inno's servers?

Innohosting moved me to another server and it works perfectly now....
