http://www.senderbase.org/ How do you get your IP to not be ranked as poor? particular people can not get mail because of the poor ranking. The IP is not BL anywhere nor does anyone else send e-mail from it but me.

If you're listed as poor what you need to do is find out what email you are sending that is potentially spam. Once you've determined that and you continue to send mail the reputation problem should go away on it's own.

They're pretty responsive via email too if you ever need to contact them.

As others have mentioned above you should be proactive and monitor SenderBase and contact them if needed to resolve any issues that may be causing your rank to be so low. Another site to monitor and check is SpamCop, always good to keep both clean for your ips
