As a reseller, you don't have access to that, you would need Root access, or in this case, need to contact your host to transfer the sites for you. You and your clients can run backups within cPanel.

thanks for your quick answer. so i have to make backups from home directory, databases and emails separately and upload them part to part to new account, right? and each time i have to download them all to my own pc, hmmm? i mean there wouldn't be full backup and ftp transfer anymore, right ? That is one way of doing it. If you do a full backup, that will backup all the accounts settings, databases and such.

How many accounts do you have under you, if they are few, you can login to each account's cPanel and take backups to restore on the new one. If you have full backup from your previous provider, you can provide them to your new host and they can restore them for you easily. So if you answer these questions, people can help you better. 1) Did you have a previous WHM/cPanel reseller account and you have full backup from there that you want to restore? 2) This is your first WHM/cPAnel reseller account and you are planning to have backups for safety?

Easy way; 1) Do full backup to the root of you reseller account via remote ftp 2) Contact your support and ask them to restore backups Easy Peasy
