I ma porting all my clients to ASP.NET 3.5 very soon from PHP. My current host does not support ASP.NET. After a few hours of looking I have not found any host that looks legit' or that doesn't cost over 3x what I pay at present. They need to support some kind of client management system (equivalent of WHM in php), have SQL Server 2005 with the Server Management available to me to support all functions including stored procedures, and obviously ASP.NET 3.5. Can anyone guide me? I am after ~250GB bandwidth ~50GB space and am currently paying £14/$25 so would like to keep the pricing roughly the same. Thanks.

I think you will have to pay at least $50 for 50GB Space & 250GB bandwidth

I agree with PremiumHost. As you are in need MS SQL 2005 too, you need to extend your budget to around $60-$70... Another option for you is to go for a VPS solution.. Thanks,

It's quite hard to find a decent provider with that pricing in the Linux hosting world. In the Windows hosting world, it'll be a lot harder, if not impossible.

Hello, You really need to increase your budget for windows! Also in reference to asp.net 3.5, as this is only a beta, you wont find many hosts installing it until it is in production.

ASP.NET 3.5 is already released and all professional and highly updated hosts are already providing it to their customers. Cheers,

thanks for all the advise. I will probably stay with php for most clients that don't request otherwise for the time being and get a lower package asp.net host. Can anyone recommend one with the above requirements, bar the space and bandwidth, for about £15?

15 ($30usd) may find you something. Have you tried visiting the reseller hosting offers section?
