We are thinking about updating our reseller plan offerings. I would really appreciate any input on what features, resources, services and scripts you would like to see in a good reseller plan. Im thinking about adding a free WHMCS billing as an option, RvSite Pro available for all accounts Anything else?

A lot of people request the same things (billing, sitebuilder, domain reseller etc)..A lof of hosts just copy others. One host begins offering service X, and a lot of hosts begin copying. The cycle continues with just a few trend setters. It will then be hard for those playing catch up and following the trend as they will be competing against an already established host known for providing service X. If they are doing it properly, reliably and at a good price, then it is going to be difficult to take any clients away from them.. I think what is important that people are forgetting is offering something which not only no host does, but something which isn't a result of user feedback. Offering something which the customer has not thought of, but you have and know it will benefit them.. However, finding that certain feature is the tricky part.. Good luck

I think the core needs for most resellers is pretty much a standard. There are a few items like reselling, SSH, etc... that vary from host to host. As long as the offering "makes sense" to my needs I try to concentrate on quality of the host.
