| Unfortunately, these days, SLA's are meaningless as they only provide financial compensation (upto the value of the account, usually) for downtime - it's not a guarantee that it can't happen (because downtime can happen at any point).
However, that said, most decent providers should be able to achieve 99.9% uptime on a consistent basis.

| Hello, Few questions for you
1) What OS are you looking at? for example Windows or Linux?
2) What is your budget? provide is with what you are expecting to pay each month/year
3) How much diskspace/bandwidth and domains do you want to host?
