i filed a paypal dispute but it was refused since it was a service purchase. shawnetworks.com response regarding the down time was this: "Our third party uptime monitors and internal monitoring did not record any downtime anywhere near that length. In February we had one 30 mintue outage due to datacenter maintenance and so far March has had no outages." i used siteuptime.com and they recorded this: Below is your monthly uptime report March 2008 Please do not reply to this email. For further assistance, please contact support@siteuptime.com fswh.info Service: shawnetworks.com Outages: 4 Downtime: 13 hrs, 28 mins Uptime: 90.11% Below is your monthly uptime report February 2008 Please do not reply to this email. Doesn't matter what the uptime is. It is a virtual good thus non tangible and not covered by the buyer protection policy.
