idregistry has disappeared with my website for over 3 weeks!!

| Does anyone know what has happened to idregistry??
I've paid SGD300 for ownership of my domain name. And they have not updated that.
I've paid 2 years hosting with them. after moving from switchfusion.
And now they have disappeared for almost 3 weeks now!! No replies by email. No way of contacting them. My business website and emails are frozen with no way of transfering my domain name out from them. Even their website is down.
Does anyone know what i can do?
Does anyone have any information on them? Or a similar experience with them?
