why I can't install centos on XenSerevr??????????????!!!!!!!!!!

| hi guys,
I recently bought a Server from OVH.
It come with XenServer 6 . everytime I'm building a Vps and trying to install Centos 6.2 on vps it sent me error. (also with other Centos versions)
this is that error:
Unable to retrieve http://mirrors.loosefoot.com/centos/...es/install.img
(I also tried other mirrors. all sending same error)
anyone know what is that? It always come after configuring Static Ip address in manual.
any help please?????????

| Check your iptables ...you may have closed some ports or all. Iptables -F. then service iptables save

| you need to download the .img or .iso and setup from it, after that you need to do the following:

| No its an irqbalance issue! I had the same issue while installing centos 6.x / red hat 6.x on hyper-v / xen guests! Networking always fails after you configure a static ip & when the network service tries to start..
I would suggest that you install a minimal server from the full iso, once the vm fires up, issue a chkconfig irqbalance off..

| Thank you all for your suggestions.
Actually I found the problem. It's was for Mac Address because ovh servers based on mac address instead of Ip.
