IntegraHost.com,great plans,no2 on webhostingstuff.com directory, no reviews here!!

I came across integrahost from a webhosting directory which seems to have the regular verifications thingy. I saw IntegraHost.com a 2nd on that directory below hostgator. But their plans are much cheaper and their website looks very impressinve and i spoke to thier online support which was very responsive and very informative and they even promised to move my sites in 3-4 hours. My current host(gazzin) is giving me lot of downtime. My backup host has expired so i think i will demote gazzin to being my backup host and i wanted to go in for IntegraHost.com as my main host. They have really good review on directories and their own customer testimonials. But i dont see even one review on IntegraHost.com in WHT. I would always feel comfortable listening about any hosting company from member of WHT rather than believe some directory.( they could even get paid listings) Here are their plans Plans RS1 RS2 Disk Space 20,000MB 40,000MB Bandwidth 100GB 250GB Number of Domains Host Unlimited Domains Host Unlimited Domains Sub Domains Unlimited Unlimited MySQL Databases Host Unlimited Databases Host Unlimited Databases Data Backup Raid 1 Raid 1 Email Accounts Unlimited Unlimited cPanel/WHM Yes Yes Money Back Guarantee 14 Day 14 Day Specials Free Domain 4 Life Site Builder for Your Clients Free Merchant Account** Free Setup Price Minimum Purchase is Quarterly $49.95/Quarterly $89.85/Quarterly It has all the standard features and a little more is has php with zend optimiser Everything else is unlimited..email/pop/mysql The only thins is they have mention custom dns server as optional. There is information wether the options will cost extra i am online with them and this late at night their support staff is there but sales is not present so they will be mailing me. I find this a pretty reliable host but i am sceptical as i have searched on WHT and not found any review or mention of it. Note: Do not confuse it with Integrahosting.com I also was confused and kept on reading review after review which were all in 2002 and then i realised the difference in the spelling Integrahosting.com is under construction Please anybody views or guidance on integrahost.com Thank you

IntegraHost is one of the fastest growing hosting companies around. Mainly, they deal with shared hosting, but their support is excellent, and they always get good reviews, espicially on HostSearch.com I don't think you will go wrong with IH.

Here is a link I found on WHT about IH: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showth...ht=integrahost

Maybe they are. I still find it funny that at least up until March 2005 they were charging 7.95 for (http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://integrahost.com) and today, just one year later, for the same price: I'd love to see such a drop in relative costs in the automotive industry.

Don't we all! I missed out on all those crazy deals last summer

I was with integrahost before I started my own business, (there shared starter plan) and I agree with RackFleet, there services were great, and I was always up at 2AM, and there live chat support was on. (it would have been 1AM their time) Try them out, you may be suprised.

Thanks for you replies. RackFleet i checked out the link it seems that they are good. ldcdc Almost all hosting company including godaddy.com and yahoo.com have dropped their costs in the same fashion. I remember godaddy going from 50 to 500 and now they are giving 5gb for the same price. Infact i had started a thread on why has shared hosting costs dropped almost 500% but reseller hosting has not neither has dedicated server costs so how do they afford to give such a price. rjnsmith ihope you mean pleasantly surprised :-) Thanks lot i think i will be going with integra host. Many people seem to know kyle by name. Infact i remember his name is the fact that he is so good in dealing with customers. And yes there is always somebody online on the chat support at any hour. Thankyou everybody for you time and inputs

Who said that's a good thing?

Posted by qwan, 03-22-2006, 02:45 AM
i have gone for them They moved my sites very nicely and fast. but now there is problem. I am trying to use my godaddy free email i got with my domain purchase. And they recomend MX changes and adding two cname records. I do that in the edit dns zone setting. After i add the those records nuting ever shows up I was on continous communication with godaddy and i even sent them screen captures. They told me the setting i have done is correct but it is not showing up or being propagated. Yesterday i contacted them and supprt changed the setting themselves When i add mX 10 to smpt.secureserver.net to one domain and look up the mx record on a 3rd party site is showing the mx 10 is pointing to (smpt.secureserver.net.mydomain.com) i dont know why. As for the other domain it just say no mx record. Strange. But this was the problem with my previous host. I changed the mx settings there too. I mean it is pretty simple i did and i then thought it was a godaddy.com problem. But they showed my how to check the mx setting and i can see that it is a host problem I think most probably it is whm problem i hope they sort it out. The support here appears to be very good.

what with integrahost today?? i can't resolve integrahost.com Troubles?

Posted by WireNine, 03-25-2006, 04:39 PM
Wow, thats a huge difference On their frontpage it says 6000, on the hosting page it says 20,000. I guess they don't have time to update their own website. Support page seems to be down.

Our main site was undergoing some real backend changes today so there may be somethings such as knowledgebase that are unavailable today.

I'd give IntegraHost a miss if I were you. Always excuses and lies from them. I signed up for the reseller hosting (with the 14-day money back trial), but tried to cancel it 2 days later. Despite them saying they would take care of it straight away, 7 weeks later, the account hasn't been cancelled and I'm still waiting for my refund. All I ever hear is "we will take care of that tomorrow" I've had to request a chargeback on my credit card because it's quite clear Integrahost are not going to do anything about it.

Beware of Integrahost and owner, Kyle Springer. I have been trying to get a pro-rated refund of my year in advance hosting fees for months now. They have lied to me and now refuse to respond to any of my queries, by email or phone. See the full details of my unfortunate dealings with this outfit in the IntegraHost.com problem topic area.

I didn't realise you had already gone with them. I hope your experience is better than mine. Oh and if you cancel your account because of their poor service and support, don't expect to get any money back like they state on their website.. Yeh, they'll tell you they'll get it done tomorrow, but you'll never see it. Basically, every guarantee on that site is a lie. Their 1 hour guaranteed ticket response is a load of crap, and you'll constantly find yourself trying to use the Live Chat to find out what's going on, where they will do what they do best, which is tell you in broken english to email support, or admin, or sales.

Rackfleet = Integrahost.. nearly identical web sites, same posted phone number at one time, my (ill-advised, btw. more on that later if I don't get sick thinking about it) Rackfleet payment was received by Integrahost. Gotta love the Rackfleet guy talking up Integrahost. sheesh, I thought multiple accounts weren't allowed here even if you have more than one hosting company... Doesn't matter anymore... Rackfleet sold to AssortedInternet, and I'd expect Integrahost and any others that they had (Aspire?) also went along in the deal. "Distressed hosts" is what Assorted buys.. so what does that tell you? Rackfleet's sorry excuse of a server at Calpop will be history by the end of the month.

We are aqquantances with RackFleet, we did there site for them and helped them get started, that was it. We are not them nor do want any real affiliation with them.

Posted by qwan, 11-22-2006, 10:41 PM
Frenik now you tell me Initially their hosting was good now they just suck. Like you said only excuses and lies. My website has been down for two days now and there is no sign of them at all. On another post i heard that they are being bought over by a bigger company on november 1st and after that i have faced more downtime. I just hope that the bigger company is not rackfleet. Stay awayfrom integrahost and find out who this bigger company is that bought over integrahost and stay away from them two. They have taken down the live support and their just not bothered about the integrahost customers.

Integrahost sold out.... left customers in pains.... What a shame ?

Posted by harryhood, 11-27-2006, 07:51 PM
I'd be wary of reviews about integrahost. They have been know to write their own positive reviews and try to make them seem like they are being written by their customers.

To IntegraHost: In this thread you mention: Then we see a post by Hutchinj who mentions: Why not start that policy by taking care of this customer if you want people to take your words seriously? Last edited by zwolf; 11-29-2006 at 10:06 PM.
