Delivered direct to MX with Outlook headers

| Spam Assassin marked my messages 2.8 with this "DOS_OUTLOOK_TO_MX: Delivered direct to MX with Outlook headers"
How to prevent this please? We are using Exim mail server, with SA, and dynamic IP address.
Due to dynamic IP address, we cannot add it to trusted network (following some advices on the Internet)

| Do you feel that your mails are unnecessarily marked as spam? If so , check the SPAM score configure on your cPanel and increase it if necessary.

| I don't want to increasing score, cause that way, I will receive more spam from other sources.
