I guess the question really boils down to which you are most comfortable with and able to manage it better.

VMware Server 2.0 hit end of life on June 30, 2011 and VMware has removed the downloads and (more importantly) access to new product keys from their web sites. Those of us still using VMware Server 2.0 can continue to use it indefinitely, but there will be no bug fixes or feature releases. VMware left only the free version of ESXi as the sole upgrade path for VMware Server 2.0, which is a bare-metal hypervisor and not a good replacement. Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 (and therefore CentOS 6) come with KVM (Kernal-base Virtual Machine) installed by default on the 64-bit images. This replaces Xen and so you don't need to install another virtualization package. KVM is the future of virtualization on RHEL/CentOS and will be actively supported by Red Hat, so I would go with KVM.

mm. you mean KVM is better than vmware? is it support iso files? how about windows and mikrotik os ?

KVM does support iso files and you can run windows OS within the virtual machine.

Xen/KVM are both good options and there are a number of control panels you can use if you want a web interface. If you are using Xen you need at least Xen 3.4 if you want good disk + network performance on Windows.
